Trattoria San Pietro is a great spot with outstanding food and service. Many regulars choose to sit at the bar rather than at the tables as the bartenders are awesome.

I went there a few years ago and I have a chance to see it again.

I have eaten at this place a number of times, and I would like to give this restaurant a good review, because it is local. I know from past experience that the food is reasonably good for South of Boston, but tonight took the cake. This is a place that needs Front of House if they want to stay in business. We had a reservation for this evening. We arrived on time, and were told we needed to wait. That was fine for a bit, but 30 minutes later when we checked again, we were informed that it was the fault of others dining that we would need to wait another 15- 20 minutes. That is just not a good answer under any circumstances, specially when your &quot;guests to be&quot; have been sitting under your nose for long enough to hear your rude comments about those in the restaurant. Really? And then you were surprised when we declined to be seated?
